How to get to Ouseburn

Getting to Ouseburn

Travelling by Car or Coach

Limited free parking is available along Lime Street, at the bottom of Stepney Bank and the end of Foundry Lane.

From the Manors roundabout on the A167, Central Motorway, take the A193 towards Byker/Walker. Turn right at the third set of traffic lights (next to The Tanners public house) then first left down Stepney Bank which leads onto Lime Street.

There is a coach drop off/collection bay on Lime Street, but please contact Alison Stancliffe to get up-to-date advice on coach parking and drop off points.

Travelling By Metro

The Metro line connects with both Newcastle Central Station and Newcastle Airport.  The nearest Metro Stations are Byker and Manors, on the yellow line. Both stations are a _ mile (900m) walk to the Ouseburn Farm.

Travelling By Bus

Take the Quaylink Q2 service to Lime Street/Ouse Street from Haymarket, alighting at Cut Bank.  From Central Station take the Q1 service to the quayside then change to the Q2 service.

Buses 106, 12, 22, 39, 40, 62 and 63 stop on New Bridge Street (St Dominic’s) at the top of Stepney Bank.
