766 yards (700m) of this old underground waggonway has been restored by Newcastle City Council and includes audio-visual effects and “Rainbow Code” – an exciting, responsive artwork.

Part of the Victoria Tunnel, including the audio-visual displays, is wheelchair accessible and we will be able to arrange tours to suit your access requirements.
The Victoria Tunnel project is now run by Ouseburn Trust.
